Camera raw menu not showing.

When I open camera raw, there is no menu at the top.  I've reinstalled camera raw and I am using the most recent version (14.2).  I can't find anything in the settings that shows/hides the menu.  This means I can't crop or straighten my images.  I'm at a loss as to what do do.  Any help would be appreciatd.

Try resetting your ACR preferences, better?
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (MacOS) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

I had a camera raw that had not updated.  I may have missed a notification. Investigated, updated and now works OK.

It worked with Camera Raw 15.2 in 2023 on Windows 11
Keep pressing the ALT button and select with the mouse (do not release the mouse button click): Edit / Preferences / Camera Raw and then release the mouse click, keep pressing only the ALT key at this moment and then the message "Delete the Camera Raw preferences?" release the ALT key and select the Yes.

Maybe you also missed the June 2020 upgrades. ie. The "Enhanced User Interface" that moved the tools from the top of screen to the Right of screen.

No, you can't get "the old layout" back.

Also, it seems like I'm missing some tools.  Where is the radial filter?

Well, I reset the camera raw preferences.  Now I see the crop tool on the right side, but where is the straighten tool?  And, how do I get the menu back on top, or is that possible.  Additionally, could the problem be that I am working with a JPG image?  How can I get the old layout back.  I much prefer it.  Thank you!
