Camera raw settings not found

Can someone please help. Since my latest Adobe update I cannot access my saved settings on camera raw. I believe they are in my Appdata/roaming/adobe file, but there seems to be no way to access this. Is it a hidden file? They used to come up automatically, but now it just accesses a general file folder which does not have the .xmp files in them.

Thanks, but I found them. They are hidden files. I just unhid them ... and
then navigated to them and now the program is finding them again. Yawn.
Every time there's a new update ...
