Cannot copy and paste MASKS in Adobe Camera RAW but CAN in Lightroom Classic‽

One cannot copy and paste MASKS in Adobe Camera RAW but CAN do so in Lightroom Classic‽

In Lightroom classic, a MASK can by copied, pasted, added, or substracted—no matter if the Mask is of the Sky or Subject. This IS possible in Lightroom Classic. Why the disparity? When will this be rectified in Adobe Camera RAW (Bridge/Photoshop)?
