DNG error parsing file

Never seen this before,

1st shoot with new (refurbished) , Canon !GX 3), any ideas on this?

Look into the file sizes, if they are OK. It may well be, that there was an error with the copy operation.

You may try the Canon RAW converter DPP to test if the files are readable.

The files all seem to open ok.

Ideally upload one or two of the problematic raws to something like Dropbox so we can examine them.
