Hi All,
We're sorry for all the trouble after the latest update of Camera Raw. Our engineering team currently working on the fix. In the meanwhile, you can revert to the previous version of Camera Raw 12.2.1: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html#12_x
Thanks,
Mohit

You didn't admit it you just showed it by stating incorrectly a statement about scrolling that is inaccurate.Anyway, the three possible options were presented. Pick one.

Fred, Elmer Fudd (aka Andrew Rodney, aka digitaldog) is not going to back down on this - he's having a lovely time putting people down because he helped as a beta tester to get his self confessed preference (LR) to bury ACR. Whilst he has a wealth of knowledge on the technicalities of Photoshop etc etc he has demonstrated practically no humanity or understanding of the very real issues that people like you and I and others are having with this release. He esteemed experience as a photographer before many of us were born is very different to where many professionals stand now, to which he would sneer and yap like a bitter and angry puppy. When event photography takes off again properly we may we'll hear a lot more responses - as it is 12.3 feels like something the kids knocked up while the grown ups were out.

Aww you got rid of my comments? Diddums.
Anyway, in a nutshell it just pointed out that you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
12.3 is flawed as it stands for some "photographers" like me who process 10s of thousands of photos with ACR and don't like LR. Hopefully there will be some changes made soon that will smooth the issues before LegacyACR becomes incompatible.

In another discussion someone from Adobe replied:

This week I updated to 12.4 believing it was a reversion. But it is exactly the same as 12.3. Crop tool is extremely difficult to use - far from intuitive - , adjustment brush resets for each photo - although we can spend a lot of time saving presets, wich doesn't make sense - , there is no consistent easy to use zoom tool or even a button for it, huge save buttons mix up with thumbnails besides everything we took a decade to get used are gone because someone thinks we must use a program similar to lightroom.
