Older Camera RAW

Hello, 
I am fedup with LrC and PS recent response. Reflections are not removed at all as like other did. Don't say, my photo issue or anything else from my side. I had more bad photos but got better results before. recently not seeing any results or something, which is not good at all
However, i can install older version of PS and LrC, but adobe app is not allowing me to install older version of Camera raw. I decided to usean older version at least before 15 version because that was good for me overall. 
How can i do that?

@Per Berntsen thank you for your response. But i think the issue is not with Camera Raw after installing the older version from your link 
Is there any way i can down grade my LrC development camera raw part to get with the first version of reflection released or what was that version?

The Camera Raw plugin is only for Photoshop and Bridge.

Camera Raw is an integral part of LrC, and the only way to use an older version of Camera Raw is to use an older version of LrC.  So if you wanted to use LrC with Camera Raw version 14, you would have to use LrC version 11, which is not available for download. Adobe has a strict policy of only having the current and previous versions (15 and 14 for LrC) available for download. 

There is one exception to this – you can download Photoshop version 22.2, which is the last version with 3D.

As for your problems in LrC, please go to Help > System info, click the Copy button and paste in a new reply.
