Why doesn't my version of Photoshop or Lightroom support my camera?
Note: ETAs for specific cameras are not available.
No one can say (except for some Adobe employees, who are not allowed to say). You should check the list here each time Adobe updates the Lighroom Classic software.

Adobe published normally updates for Lightroom (including support for new camera) at intervals of approx. 8 weeks.
The latest update was released at mid of June so the next update should be released in the next one or two weeks.
Adobe doesn't give any informations about the release date, so we have to be patient and wait

@Temple Dog: "It has been nearly two m onths since the release of [OM Digital Solutions OM-5 Mark II]."
Building on AxelMatt's reply, that camera was announced on 6/17/25, the same day LR 14.4 was released. Support for new cameras from major manufacturers usually arrives in the following release. Indeed, support for the OM-5 Mark II was added to Camera Raw 17.4.1, released nine days later on 6/26/25. The next release of LR, 14.5, will include the changes made in CR 17.4.1 and 17.4.2, so we can confidently conclude that LR 14.5, due likely this week or next, will include support for the camera.

I'm delighted to say that the LR Classic update to include the new OM-5 Mark 2 has landed today. And the quality if the images is stunning - noticeably better than the DNG files from Camera Raw that I was using whilst waiting for this. Happy camper.

I cannot open OM-5 Mark II RAW files even after installing ACR 17.4.2 plugin on MacOS. What should I do?

Do you mean that after installing CR 17.4.2, you can't open the raws in LR Classic or LR Deskotp? The two LR apps have their own version of the CR engine built-in, and updating the CR plugin used by Bridge and Photoshop won't affect LR Classic or LR Desktop. You'll have to wait until new versions of those apps are released, probably this week or the next. (I have no inside information.)

LR 14.5 just released. It may take some hours for it to show up in your Creative Cloud desktop app.

Hoping for Vivo series phones in the future, at least the X200 Ultra series. Currently they are some of the best phone cameras on the market.
All the cameras on the phone have 'large' (by phone standards) sensors behind their lenses. Hoping to see them get support in Camera RAW soon.
Thanks in advance!

They also have a decent 7% global market share.
Not that obscure of a brand, but not popular outside of Asia.

@jipeng_5316 Support was added in Camera Raw 17.5.1 on October 6th. It will be in the next Lr Update as well.

@jipeng_5316: "When ?"
A new version of the LR ecosystem comes out about every 8 weeks, so we might expect to see LR 15.0 and CR 18.0 next week during Adobe Max. Historically, the new major versions are released during Adobe Max. (I have no inside information on this, and Adobe never announces precise release dates ahead of time.)
