Photo not opening in camera raw [Photos appear corrupted in Camera Raw but OK in Photoshop]

Hi. my question is!!!!  when opening a photo in camera raw it appears in various thickness in colour like stripes going across the screen. When clicking open in Camera Raw, only then will the photo appear in photoshop. how do i correct this.

Hi Shane,

Sorry to hear about this, could you try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > File handling > Camera raw preferences. and let us know if it helps?
