Photoshop cc 2017 last update cannot open raw file !

I have this big problem and I tried many solutions and Still have same problem

any help please ?

That camera has been supported for quite some time. The message on your screenshot indicates that Photoshop can not open the file. Do you have Camera Raw installed? What version of Camera Raw is installed? It seems that any version of Camera Raw compatible with Photoshop CC 2017 should open the raw file from your camera. Open Photoshop and go to the help menu. Then check about plug-ins->Camera Raw and report the version of Camera Raw that is installed.

Camera Raw 9.10 last update and it's work in others raw files

Then my guess would be that you have one file that just happened to get damaged. If that happens more often then perhaps you have a card that is going bad or some other hardware issue.
