Toggle not working on ACR (before/after) any fix?

Hi everyone,

In ACR my "before/after" toggle key (or the backslash key) sometimes won't flip back to the edited image... It is a random thing, some images it will work fine and others I do an edit, look at the before after and it will only show me the original image!

Any ideas how to fix it? Running the latest ACR and Photoshop versions 31/08/204 on an Imac m3 2024.

Thanks

If the toggle feature isn't working on the ACR (After/Before) slider, try the following fixes:

  1. Update Plugins/Themes: Ensure your ACR plugin and WordPress theme are up to date.
  2. Check for Conflicts: Disable other plugins to see if there’s a conflict, then reactivate them one by one.
  3. JavaScript Errors: Inspect the console for any JavaScript errors that might be preventing the toggle from working.
  4. CSS Conflicts: Check if custom CSS or theme styles are overriding the ACR styles, and adjust if necessary.
  5. Reinstall Plugin: As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the ACR plugin.

A fix has been found... don't touch the backslash key (\) or the icon bottom right on the ACR screen (2 boxes with line thru the middle). Just use the 'P' key on the keyboard. 100% fixed. Thank you
