Please help me use the CR3 raw files from the Canon eos r5.

Make sure the minimum version listed is what you have. Otherwise what's the issue?

That camera should be supported by Camera Raw. What verson of Camera raw are you using?

IMHO the R5  is not supported by Camera Raw. And I have not seen a matching profile for the R5. I have no explanation for the discrepancy, and would welcome being corrected.

The R5 has been supported since Camera Raw 12.4 (released Sep 2021). 

 

That was almost a year ago. We're currently up to version 14.4.

You must have Camera Raw 12.4 or later installed. Which version of Camera Raw are you using?
