I have a CC subscription through my employer (not for Teams) and I'm trying to evaluate Captivate to replace Absorb for our dynamic learning course-creation authoring, since we don't need the LMS side right now. I've installed Captivate, but when I click to start the free trial, it opens a tab to the CC for Teams free trial page. I don't need that. I have CC already. I just want to try out Captivate before deciding whether or not to pay for it. I don't need to be taken to the download page for Captivate, either. I can't stand the way Adobe does business these days. The steps to start the free trial should be intuitively obvious, and maybe they are to some people, but I'm at a loss, and so is my IT department.
I've also got a personal CC subscription, but that system is currently down, and I don't have permission from IT to use its login to test getting Captivate's free trial to work under a different account.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
