We were having some issues with failure completions on iPads and decided to publish in CP7. This resolved the issue as you 'll see in my last posting. The new issue is that the quiz now freezes randomly on iPads. You select an answer and it does not respond to the submit button or anything else. Only option is to refresh and start all over again.Any ideas please?

Answers to your questions below:
1. You can't get past an assessment with the issue, but it happens on a different question each time. Sometimes, it simply freezes and sometimes you only see the option letters; (A, B, C,D) but not the options themeselves.
2. The LMS is PinPoint from PinPoint Global
3. No, we are not seeing this on other browsers, just on iPads
4. iOS is 6.1.3

I am experiencing this exact same issue. I have an open case with Adobe. Did you have any luck resolving the problem?

I am experiencing the same issue. We have tested on iPads that have an iOS older than 6 and it works fine. But the quiz freezes and feedback does not display on any iPad with iOS 6.0 or higher. There seems to be an issue with the iOS and Captivate publish.
Are there any solutions to this issue?
