Trying to import an MP4 video file to Captivate, but keep getting an error saying the file is incorrect or invalid. Had no trouble importing previous MP4 files. File is only 14 Megs, so size shouldn't be a problem. All assistance appreciated.

Apparently the problem was the file name was .MP4 instead of .mp4, not sure why the capitaliztion on the end makes a difference, but apparently it does.

It is possible that the MP4 doesn't use the correct codec, because MP4 covers lot of them.

Best way is to re-encode it using the Adobe Media Encoder - use H264. That encoder is included with Captivate if you don't have the full CC. It may be an older version but that is not important.
