no sound after reviewing a quiz

I have a T/F quiz within a project in Captivate 9.  The user is allowed to review the quiz to see each T/F response. The user then selects a "Continue" button to move on to listen to the rest of the presentation.  The problem is that the sound is no longer heard. If I do not review the quiz and continue, the sound is available to hear. How do I get the sound to work correctly?

    Just use Help, Upldates.

Thanks. My version is now updated. The lack of sound after reviewing the quiz is still happening.

I could now double-check since I still have that version installed myself along with CP2017.

I could offer you an immediate workaround, let us look for a solution later on.

The slides where the audio is disappearing are after the score slide, correct? Do the learners have the possibility to navigate freely throughout those content slides? If not, use the On Enter event of the first slide after the score slide to trigger this action:

      Assign cpCmndMute with 0

The system variable cpCmndMute is available from the dropdown list. Can you try this and test?

Which exact version number, please? Be sure to have 9.0.2.437. You can see the number under Help, About Captivate...

That is the first, pretty buggy release. Cannot you update, you missed 3 patches.
