Question Pool, no option for that

I wanted to create a question pool with Captivate version 12.x. However, when I click on the +, I don't have the option to select a random question. It ends at "Sequence." I also can't find the option to create question pools anywhere. Are there different versions or licenses?

What version of Captivate do you have installed?  According to this Adobe page Cp 12.4 now has question pools.
