When I record Skype videos with Evaer, then import to Premiere, the audio is horribly out of sync. What's going on? How do I fix it?

When I view the mp4 file just by itself it's fine. As soon as I import it, it's out of sync. It's just myself and another person. Every time I talk, it goes out of sync. It always goes out of sync when I talk, not them, but I'm the one doing the recording. If anything, they should be the one causing issues. At first I thought it was because I was using a nice boom mic connected directly to my computer, so I removed that, but the problem persisted. I've looked through the audio settings on both Evaer and Premiere and I don't see anything that stands out as being able to cause this. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello, you probably posted this in the wrong forum. This is a Captivate subforum, has nothing to do with Premiere Pro. Could you post in the correct forum, or allow me to move your question?
