Adobe Character Animator crashes on launch

Hello

So I was using CA on Mac OS Monterey without any issue until this month.
However, after updating to Ventura 13.6, I've been experiencing consistent crashes when trying to launch the software. Initially, it was somewhat functional for a few days, but it crashed again when I attempted to rig my character. I've submitted multiple crash reports using my email address, but as of now, I haven't received any responses.

Anyone with the same issue ?

Thank you

Update: the software seems to crash when I'm using my external display. Seems okay when using Macbook only.

Any idea on how to fix this issue? CA was perfectly working on my display and OS Monterey before.

I was able to find one of your crashes ("Since installing Mac OS 13 Ventura, I cannot use Character Animator") and the signature does seem to match your diagnosis of it being external monitor related (nice sleuthing, by the way). It's crashing in Apple platform code related to positioning windows and dealing with different UI display scales.

My laptop is an arm architecture instead of Intel and currently running 13.5 (not 6) and I don't usually use an external monitor, but I might try later to see it it happens for me or not.

Does it only happen when you have both monitors active or is running with the external only also avoid the crash? Just curious.

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't know how to run with the external display only, but when I changed its settings from "extended display" to "main display" (and use Macbook screen as extended), it worked.

When I put the settings back it crashed again.
