Adobe Character Animator : Sound plays my desktop, but not on any other devices

I have Windows 10 (22H2) version. I create a sequence with Adobe character animator (not the full version, but the free version with my plan).  And I export video to mpeg using high quality and have also tried other qualities. The created video plays on my desktop, but not on another Windows 10 notebook. The video I have sent via whatsapp to several mobile phones. These devices also play the video, but with no sound. Some are Apple and some are Android and they are on the latest technolgy. Problem happens on several devices. I have used FFMeg to check the sound, and it is AAC sound, and I can separate the sound to mpeg3 on my machine. I also changed the sound track to mpeg3 and re added it. Still sound only on my machine.  Any suggestions are welcome.
