Character animator error

I been using character animator for 2 years now. never had an issue with the program till these past few weeks. i keep getting these errors. wont even let me rig my character. I am not using any cloud services. i am on a desktop and everything is in my internal hard drive. I un installed the program 3 times. I installed an older version of character animator to see if that would work but no luck. i keep getting this error with any version of character animator.

Try quitting Ch and deleting the "temp.noindex" folder that is mentioned in that error message.

Another thing to try: hold down Option or Alt while launching the app — it will then create a new project instead of opening the previous one.

nothing happens. i deleted the file and i get the same message

so i fixed the problem. i uninstalled everything lol. all the adobe apps like CH, photohosp illustrator premiere. i uninstalled the creative cloud app as well. pretty much started all over.  now after i installed the apps again. everything worked and its back to normal. i dont get error pop ups anymore. hopefully it dont come back cause that was annoying.
