Crashes because of a small change to the puppet

I made one small addition to the puppet and now it keeps crashing when I try to open the puppet character animator file.  No error message.  It just crashes.

So the file itself is causing the crash? You can open CH without the puppet without problems? What happens when you try to restore the puppet to the original state?
