Whenever I update audio file in CA for lip sync, it works fine but AE won't see the new changes, still plays to previous file that was imported into AE. Very annoying.

Well, when I import a Ch file into a Premiere Pro project and I put an Optic Flow adjustment I usually lose the Ch file audio.
