I'm guessing Character Animator doesn't have the same languages and lip sync model as Adobe Express. The latter worked wonders for me for many months. I just record my Tagalog voiceover, then upload it to Adobe Express' Animate from Audio. My resulting character gives me a perfect lip sync prolly 95% of the time.
And so I decided to use Character Animator to create different characters but to my disappointment, the compute lip sync with or without transcript is significantly worse. How can the paid app be worse than the free one?
