Software not loading Character Animator Pro documents. Crashes upon opening of document

1. Version of the app: Character Animator 24.2
2. Platform and OS version: Apple; OS 13.4.1
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Upon Start up of document Software immediately crashes
4. Expected result: Software works; and actual result: Software does not work

Update: Restarted Machine. Document now opens without any issues. At the moment of initial post, document would not open and crash the software. While I was working, had web browser open streaming video, however this was not an issue in the past.

App does not load on start up. crashes and wants to send a report out to adobe.

In order for App to open, need to unplug computer from Monitors, MIDIs, Audio all of which is plugged into CalDigit. Not sure why this is happening.
