I have the education subscription so has the access changed for this?  I now do not have access to any window but the perform one.  I know it has been updated and the interface is different, but the character I just spent $1,000 for is basically useless without seeing the timeline.

In the upper corner menu, do you see this switch icon that says starter next to it? If so, you may need to click to it and choose the "Use Pro" option. Also, there's a 23.6 version now, so hopefully you also have access to that (I'm not very familiar with licensing details).

I think it should be available with an education based subscription, but if it does indicate you don't have access if you choose "Use Pro", post back and I'll try to find somebody who can help sort that part out.

    Thank you for your reply.  When I clicked that before, I don't remember what it said, but Use Pro was not an option.  It is there now which is FANTASTIC!  I can get to work making my instructional videos!

      Excellent, glad that worked!

      The "Use Pro" button can appear slightly differently depending on the licensing status. It can present the option to start a free trial or to buy a license. You might have seen one of those interim states if you clicked it when the licensing status was in transition.

      In any case, glad you're able to dig in and start creating. 😄
