Arm Movement
Is it possible to make a video like below in Character Animator? I already have the character created but I'm not sure how to make the arms move.

Yes - you could change the arms via triggers or draggers. With triggers you would draw all the arm positions, put them in a triggered swapset, and change between them. For draggers would would add draggable handles to them and drag them into the positions you want. Both of these concepts should be covered in the basic tutorials on adobe.com/go/chtutorials!
