big problems with turning head beahaviors

Hi,

i'm learning character animator, and can see i've succed to animate a simple face puppet in the link below :

But i try to make a turning head puppet like the ninja exemple, and i don''t understand anything about why it's not working.

There's only one very quick tutorial about this ninja from koay samurai here :

and it didn't help me at all.

Does anybody can explain me how to do this ?

sometimes the body doesn't appear, sometimes the head is not connected with the neck, it apparently depends of wich part i mark as independant or not. I will surely finally find how to make a puppet on one sight.

But what about the turning head ?
