Bug?

First, no files were moved. That's the first thing folks are going to ask, I'm sure...

But when I opened a project I'd been working on for days, I get the following error, which I cannot interpret. And the record screen looks jumbled. (see attachments for screenshots)

According to some responses I have received on Facebook groups, this is a common issue that has driven folks away from CA.

Please help/respond...?

Usually this means that CH has lost sync with the puppet. In Rig, find the puppet and on the right side, click on the blue link for the puppet to re-sync it.
