Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I assume the issue here is related to dynamic link. As @Monika_Gause suggested, you are using an older version of Adobe Character Animator with the latest version of Adobe Illustrator.

Please update Adobe Character Animator to version 3.0 and let us know if it fixes the issue.

This is Illustrator 2020? You need to save the AI file in the old version.
