character animator 2019's webcam in notebook

Notebooks webcams work normally in Windows.
But I can only see 'waiting for the camera' in character animator, and the camera screen doesn't come out. What should I do?

You can get this message if your camera is already in use by another application. Are you running any other camera related software? If so, try closing these applications first.
