Character animator keeps crashing on opening

I tried to open the Character Animator app on Beta Apps, but whenever I click on it, it does open but it becomes grey and indicates "not responding" while the cursor keeps circuling.

Once the cursor stops circuling, character animator app crashes immidiately.

Can someone help me with this please ?

Freeze or hang
