Character animator recognizes Steinberg UR12 but no audio

Hi I´m working with a Steinberg UR12 usb audio interface, CA recognizes the interface in preferences but it says the audio level is too low even with all the knobs to the max. What can I try to get audio?

Preferences/AudioHardware/Settings/ end check on enable loopback.

Does the mic work with any other apps? Try both other non adobe plus adobe apps. Did you double check it’s selected as the input in audio preferences?
