charactor animator Picture broken problem

If  I check draggable around the ankle and try to control it with the mouse in record mode,

It becomes distorted like in the picture.

According to the scrrenshot, you don't appear to have fixed tags on the character's feet, which is the first thing I would check for. Try removing some of the tags (like the heel) and see if that makes a difference.
