Confused By Lip Sync

At first all my mouths were showing at once and then I tried to move them to the trigger folder and now no mouths are showing.
Is there a simple step by step tutorial that shows how to turn the mouths into a swap set with the neutral mouth as the default mouth?  Where is the button that makes it show one mouth at a time?
