Hi there! I exported a scene via Media Encoder (H.264) but the finished product looks a bit different than how it looks in Character Animator. Part of the left side of the background is cut off and appears on the right side of the scene. There is also a vertical line going through the scene at the point where that piece begins. What can be the cause of this and how can I fix it? Attached is a screenshot of the issue I'm experiencing.

Yeah, this one is unfortunately hitting a lot of people. For Character Animator, the best answer is to use AME 23.4 because the 23.5 releases have a bug that broke compatibility with earlier 23.x versions and we haven't needed a new Character Animator since the 23.1 release.

Hopefully that helps. Once there's a updated Character Animator release (23.6 or later), you should be able to update to the latest ones again. The 23.5 releases work with each other, they just don't work when mixed with 23.4

Another option worth noting is that the Quick Export (in the export menu or the icon at the top right of the window) if you just need a basic H.264 export. It runs in process so it doesn't run afoul of the dynamic link bug in the 23.5 releases.
