I'm trying to simulate hair physics to my character who is sitting on the ground meditating. I have breathing on a loop, but am struggling to simulate wind up with physics staying on a loop. How do I achieve this?

Generally I would have dangling parts of the hair independent, attached to head at top, put a "dangle" handle on the bottom, then add a Physics behavior and set the "wind" settings to what you want (strength must be > 0% to do anything)
