I just download the app two days ago, and today is the first time I opened it, then it showed that I cannot select a puppet to start.

clicking that up arrow several times until you get to the top would be revealing.  

copying and pasting screenshots after each click would be even more helpful.

if that's as far as you can go, something's wrong with your computer setup. ie, if that up arrow is no longer clickable, let adobe support check your computer to see if they can fix things without requiring a major overhaul of your computer software.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

hmm what do you mean about it? I got this account from my school, I think I am not the admin, just the customer.

then you probably don't have access to adobe support directly.  you're supposed to contact your plan administrator, but they're unlikely to help you with your computer problem whereas adobe support would help you.
