I'm about to get the dreaded "Let's add a little bit here" request from my client. Is there a quick and easy way to insert frames into the timeline or do I have to drag everything one way and back again?

I don't know of any magic. I would add "and work out which takes you need to split to extend, which to hold, how to make sure you captured the right bits to move, .... consider whether to fudge it in Premier Pro instead.... 😂
