Make back hair move with the head

Hi, I'm doing a character with long hair, but I can't figure out how can I atach the back hair to the head, so it moves with the head. Here is my project structure:

Remove independence (crown icon) from the head and body and it should work. If things are independent they'll move on their own, which is what you don't want in this case - you want the head, body, and hair back all to move together as part of the same "mesh." You may want to make the "hair back" group independent instead and add a dangle handle to it to allow it to sway around. For a working version of this see Chloe in the app home screen.
