Misplaced Mouth

Hi all,

 

New to Adobe Character here but I started my own character and everything works fine until I choose some of the poses and the mouth gets weirdly misplaced. Any idea of how to fix this issue? The mouth looks fine when happy, unsure, scared, etc. but not when sad, angry, worried.

Could you share a screen shot of the rigging? Am I correct in assuming that the mouth appears in the correct location when you view it in the rigging tab?
