Mouth Shape deformation

Hello! 

I'm having some problems with the mouth of my character. The shapes look perfect in illustrator and in the puppet panel but in the scene they have a little deformation (as if one half of the mouth is a few pixels higher).

I try everything but nothing seems to work. Some ones what it might be?
