Need help with head turner

Aloha!

I am working on a project and our puppet is using the head turner feature.  Right now we have these head angles work:

Right profile

Right quarter

Upward

Frontal

Downward

Left quarter

Left profile.  

I was wondering if it is possible to also add a Right profile upward/downward & Left profile upward/downward 

Any help would be great thank you!
