OpenCL.dll was not found??

I just downloaded Character Animator, and when I run it, it won't open saying  " The code execution cannot proceed because OpenCL.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I have no idea what the OpenCL.dll. Other apps like photoshop, illustartor, premior pro work fine. Please help me what is going on. Thanks
