Puppets mouth

Hi All, 

Hope everyone is well. 

I just revisted a project I was doing, where the puppet's mouth appears and then doesn't appear when talking. Never happened before and not sure what's going on, can someone please assist. 

I've checked the Rig and all seems well, its just on the scene page my puppet's mouth is not there.
