Rigging Issues

In my rigging issue it says My Ah and D and E and all other pronunciations isn't assigned to any behaviours..but I made sure its setup the same way as the "blank" template puppet...Can anyone help?

The upper screen shot has Mouth with a first child layer called Mouth (not Neutral). It might have latched on to the inner mouth as the real mouth, under which it found no children. If you look in the behaviors, expand sections at the bottom to see which layers things bound to (e.g. in lipsync) - I think you will find Mouth bound to the nested one is my guess, not the upper one.
