Right quarter motion all distorted even though it's rigged the same

As per the title, 

Been trying for hours. I even modified my artwork to make it simpler thinking that would fix it but it's just as bad as before...

It just happens to be less visible but your Left Quarter view is having the same pinched distortion.
How to fix:

1. Select "Left Quarter," "Frontal," "Right Quarter," and "Right Quarter 2" layers
2. Change the Attach Style from Weld to Free
