Same Character structure different behaviors

Hey,

I have a problem with my two characters.

One (Money) works

the other (Kira) behaves very crazy.

The structure of both characters is the same.

With Kira I can't connect the arms with the torso.

The head buzzes through the area and cannot be fixed just like the body not.

The eyes are sometimes distorted.

What is wrong here ?

Dead pixels I have actually removed all.

I found one difference between the two puppets. The Kira psd has an independent group for the torso, and Money doesn't. I made that change and got this result. Maybe this will help.
