Scarlett 2i2 USB sound not working in Ch.

I have a Scarlett 2i2 hooked up to my iMac which is working perfectly fine in Garageband and shows a decent amount of volume in Sound input/output settings.

However in Ch it shows no input at all.

In preferences it shows the correct device in all the boxes.

Can anyone suggest what I need to do?

    I'm not sure - there's been one other reported issue with the Scarlett 2i2 and CH: Using prerecorded audio for lip sync

    In CH preferences, are you able to adjust your audio prefs at all? This is what I have for example:
