The feet detach and float!

The character's feet seem to be floating in the air! The head follows my face, but for some reason I can't get the body to do the same without the feet floating in the air. 

 

I also am having trouble keeping the arms atached.

Basically it sounds like you need fixed handles in your feet and to move the origins handles in your arms. Check independence too - the Body group should not have a crown icon in rig mode, but the arms should. Check against Chloe from the Home screen in the app to compare setups.
