walk 1 with motion library

How do I get the walk cycle to look normal, not like the character is first stepping out with their toes???

My recommendations, in the order of my preferences

Try other walk cycle variants in Motion Library and find the one with your style
Decrease "Ankle Flexibility" in Limb IK if you want less foot movement
Decrease "Strength" in Motion Library

Other ideas

Tweak the placement of the heel and the toe handles so they are near-horizontal (flat on the ground, regardless of your artwork) in the rig
Take out the toe handles (not really ideal in general but you may like this better)
